How do I get my accreditation points after taking a course?

You provide your registration number when you register for the course. Accreditation points are then automatically awarded upon completion of the course taken.

Will I be refunded if I can no longer attend the course?

Academy courses are subject to the cancellation policy as formulated at www.rino.nl/voorwaarden. See page 5 of the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

For which associations were accreditations sought?

Accreditation is sought for each course from the FGzPt and from another relevant association. A few months before the course begins, you will find the relevant associations in the information on the website.

I can't find a confirmation of my registration, what can I do?
